This year’s Teladata’s Technology Convergence Conference (TCC) was held at the Santa Clara Convention Center. I attended several sessions.
Maricel Cerruti, founder of TCC and Director of Marketing and Business Development, declared the opening of the conference.
TCC is a data center conference but has included other topics with close relevance to data centers over the years. The keynote by John C. Havens was very different from any kind of keynote I ever heard in any data center conference. I plan to blog on it, but it may be a little hard to do so. Other sessions I attended included Box’s data center energy efficiency at their colos, the impact of UPS efficiency over TCO, trends of wireless technologies, and IoT and data centers. I also interviewed the VP of marketing at Quali Systems. I will blog on some of the sessions and the interview in the future.
