Japan Data Center Council’s Facilities Standard (Optional ones)

As reported in my previous blog, Japan Data Center Council (JDCC) has developed a comprehensive set of criteria for evaluating a data center. In the previous blog, I translated and showed the required set of evaluation items. In this blog, I do the same for the optional set. All the background and assumptions are as in here.
