What Identity Issues Should The Enterprise Be Aware of With Public Cloud Computing?

We’d like to call Eve Maler our first guest “vlogger.” We asked Eve to set up her video camera to answer a series of questions over the next several weeks about identity issues and cloud computing. In her first installment, Eve answers the question about what identity issues the enterprise should be aware of with a public cloud computing service.
Eve is a principal engineer at Sun Microsystems. Network World calls her a renaissance woman, which is hard to dispute. She is one of the inventors of the extensible markup language (XML). She is a sought after speaker.
For our purposes, Eve joins our community as a recognized leader in defining what identity means in cloud computing. She is a contributor to the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), which she cites in the video as a standard that is recognized by Google Apps and Salesforce.
Eve is also a rocker. Check out her band, Mud Junket.

Very informative post. I’ve found your blog via Yahoo and I’m really happy about the information you provide in your articles. Btw your blogs layout is really messed up on the Kmelon browser. Would be great if you could fix that. Anyhow keep up the great work!
